A & E Seasonings Gourmet Chicken

A & E Seasonings Gourmet Spice Blend
4 Chicken Breast washed and dried
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
Olive Oil for Cooking

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly coat ovenproof baking pan with olive oil. Wash and dry chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice. Coat chicken generously and thoroughly with A & E Gourmet Seasoning Blend.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear from meat. Remove from oven and enjoy a delicious and tasty gourmet meal!

A & E Seasonings Gourmet Salmon

A & E Seasonings Gourmet Spice Blend
2 - 8oz Salmon Fillets
Fresh Lemon Juice
Olive Oil for Cooking

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly coat ovenproof baking pan with olive oil. Wash and dry salmon fillets. In medium bowl, sprinkle salmon with lemon juice. Rinse with water and pat dry. Transfer fish back to bowl. Generously coat salmon with A & E Gourmet Seasonings Gourmet Blend then transfer to oven proof baking pan.

Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy a tasty, healthy gourmet meal!

A & E Seasonings Gourmet Bean Soup

A & E Seasonings Gourmet Spice Blend
2 cups of mixed dried beans (soak beans for 6-8 hours or overnight)
½ cup of onions, chopped
1 lb of ham or ham hock
2 Chicken breast diced (boneless or bone-in)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Cooking instructions
1. Place beans in a large pot, cover with 2 quarts of water.
2. Generously coat chicken with A & E Seasonings Gourmet Spice Blend.
3. Drain water and add ingredients to 2 quarts of water.
4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 ½ hours.
5. Remove chicken bones and serve.
